Themes and Summary
In this term the children will be introduced to the concept of mindfulness and the benefits it can bring.
We will explore different subjects by having discussion time, playing games, taking part in activities and practicing mindfulness meditations. There will be a craft activity related to the theme of each week.

Bridge Farm Afterschool Mindfulness Club
This afterschool club is for years 4,5 & 6. Children will be introduced to the practice of mindfulness through games, discussions and mindful practices, there will also be a craft activity each week! Each week will cover themes such as; understanding our minds, managing emotions, being a good friend, and building kindness and gratitude.
