We work with individuals with various issues including: anxiety, anger, stress, exam stress, sleep and concentration issues. Mindfulness is learnt best when young people take part in our 8 week programme covering the core themes of: intention, attention, attitude, gratitude, resilience, self-kindness, kindness to others, and purpose. We currently offer:
One to one sessions either in the home or the child's education facility.
Sessions to suit the child's individual interests, needs and requirements.
Different fun and interactive tools and techniques.
