Yoga & Mindfulness Easter activity afternoon
Join Ellie from Kindfulmind for a 45 min fun and engaging yoga class with games and mindful practices, followed by crafting some mindful activities to take home in your very own ‘box of mindfulness’.
Mindfulness and yoga can help create a sense of calm, improve focus, build resilience, regulate emotions and reduce anxiety.This session runs on Monday 6th April from 2-4pm. Open to ages 7-11.
Location: Withywood Community Centre in Bishopsworth.
The session is £15 and includes drinks and snacks, and all the mindfulness crafts.
